The Event
With the same format as The Agent Night, which has helped so many actors launch their careers, we bring you The Manager Night. Managers are not just for actors with "careers to manage." Many managers are also interested in meeting fresh, new actors who they can work with and develop. Managers also help their actors in getting an agent, pitching them to casting directors for projects, and also assist in many other aspects of their careers. It never hurts to have a strong manager on your team. This event is the most efficient platform to meet a powerful array of open-minded industry looking for new talent all in one night for one low price.

Some of the unique benefits of this event include:
- Written feedback from each manager
- The ability to work with highly skilled, professional readers/actors who are there to support you in your work.
- Actors prepare a scene from a current film/television projects
- No monologues

The Format
Never before has it been so easy, fun, and affordable for actors to network with and meet NYC's top managers. At a Manager Night, actors get to meet 10 top manager all in one night and receive written feedback from each and every one of them. 1 week before the event, we email actors a link to our extensive library of current film/tv scenes to select a scene to prepare. The evening begins with an informative talk with our staff about how the evening runs. This talk is chock full of pointers, advice and addresses any questions that our actors have. During the event, actors can also ask our staff for pointers on their headshots, resumes, and their chosen scene. The managers are divided into 2 rooms of 5 managers per room plus one of our excellent readers in both rooms. One at a time, actors go into both roomswhere they get to perform their scenes and interact with the managers. Actors receive written feedback from each industry member within 10 minutes of their time in the rooms. This is truly a great networking opportunity and a chance for actors to find out where they are at and how they are being received by the industry. We create a safe, intimate, and beneficial environment for actors and agents alike and most importantly...it produces RESULTS!

NOTE: You may also prepare your own scene provided it is from a film or television project and is either 2 pages or 2 mins. If you have had a consultation with Jen, please prepare the sides that Jen suggested. You must also bring 10 headshots/resumes with you to this event.

This event is for educational purposes only and will not secure or provide opportunity for employment in the field or representation by a manager.
