Cancellation Policy
We do not offer refunds, but we do offer credit. Cancellations must be made 7 days or more in advance of a class, event, or intensive in order to receive a credit.  You can cancel the class online in our booking system or via email.

Unless otherwise noted, if you cancel within 7 days of the class, event, or intensive due to sickness or industry related work, we require a doctor's note or proof of work in order to issue a credit. 

Cancellations within 24 business hours of the class, event, or intensive and/or no-shows will NOT be credited under any circumstance.  For example, if your class is on Sunday, you must cancel before the end of business on Friday.


Natalie Roy, Yoga Instructor & Co-Founder of C.R.E.A.T.E. Workshops

Natalie Roy is an actor, author and holistic teacher.  She has performed across North America on stage and screen and has appeared in such projects as: The Affair, Law and Order: SVU, The Detour, Power, The Following, Being Erica, Murdoch Mysteries and in two films directed by award winning director Sidney Furie. Natalie authored her first book: 30 Years, 30 Lessons several years ago and has since collaborated on The I’mPossible Project and the upcoming CREATE Book: Let’s Play! Natalie is a 500 hour certified Yoga Teacher and a meditation teacher specializing in Visualization technique, positive psychology for actors, the Yoga Sutras and taking ancient Eastern philosophy and practices and bringing them into the audition room and onto set. Natalie is passionate about bringing together the practices and techniques of meditation, mindfulness and “learned optimism” with the artistic process.  Natalie Co-Founded C.R.E.A.T.E to do just that. “Nothing makes me happier than creating and seeing others live a life they love, doing the same. My career and life transformed when I began using holistic tools in my creative projects and process. It is my deepest passion to empower other artists to learn how to do the same. These tools are a game changer. They are the foundation for a career of longevity, success and joy.”

Kristin Hanggi, Co-Founder of C.R.E.A.T.E. Workshops

Kristin Hanggi is best known for directing and developing the international smash-hit Rock of Ages, which received five Tony Award nominations, including a nomination for Best Direction of a Musical. She has directed the productions on Broadway, the West End, Australia, Toronto, Las Vegas, and two National Tours.

Kristin made her feature directorial debut with Grantham & Rose starring Jake T. Austin and Marla Gibbs. Ms. Hanggi recently directed her follow-up, Naomi & Ely's No Kiss List, an adaption of Rachel Cohn & David Levithan's novel of the same name, starring Victoria Justice. For television, Ms. Hanggi adapted and directed the hit book series, Dear Dumb Diary into a musical movie, under Executive Producer Jerry Zucker for Walden Media.

Ms. Hanggi's other stage productions include the acclaimed pop opera bare, which ran to sold-out audiences in Los Angeles and off-Broadway. bare brought Ms. Hanggi numerous accolades including the Ovation Award for Best Musical, LA Weekly Award for Best Musical, and the Robby Award for Best Director.

She also directed the initial production that launched the Pussycat Dolls, Pussycat Dolls Live at the Roxy with stars Christina Applegate, Carmen Electra, and special guests Gwen Stefani, Christina Aguilera, Brittany Murphy, Nikka Costa, and Academy Award winner Charlize Theron.Among other exciting projects, Kristin is working alongside Amy Heckerling to develop Ms. Heckerling's hit 1995 film Clueless into a musical for the stage.Ms. Hanggi graduated with her Masters from USC after receiving her Bachelors from UCLA in Theater.
