ONLINE COURSE: The Path of Least Suffering with Natalie Roy
Tuesdays January 16th, 23rd, 30th, February 6th, 13th, and 20th
7-9 pm EST

5000 year old yogic philosophy describes the path of least suffering.  The path of more allowing, joyful interactions, ease in relationships and communications, and the clearest path of manifestation.  This path is vital to pursuing a life as an artist, giving you tools for the inner and outer chaos and conflict this industry brings up.

In this course we dive into the Yamas and the Niyamas, the tools for living in harmony with our outer world (romantic partners, directors, characters we play, casting directors, producers, family) and our inner world (the small self, the critical voice, the self doubting voice, the ego).

Each week we focus as a group on unlocking these tools in our artistic and daily life.  Using visualization, meditation, journaling, discussion and weekly intentions and group support we will tackle each tool in today's modern age and the industry we love to hate.

Learn to get out of jealousy, taking or wanting what others have, how to conserve our energy and practice actual self care, how to be and speak our truth no matter who is in the room with us, how to hold our center, and how to develop personal practice and self love as we navigate being artists in an unstable world.  Learn how through releasing what isn't really our authentic nature, we can be in flow with the Universe without much effort at all.

You can watch from home in your pjs, and if you can't tune in live, you can always catch up at any later time.

Give yourself the gift of transformation and sustainable change.
