The AGRtist Monthly
short Film Challenge Screening

All scheduled screening dates are subject to change.


 

November Screening: Monday, December 4th @ 7pm

Pre-Register Online and SAVE: $10*
Pay At-the-Door: $15 CASH ONLY
Admission includes ONE FREE DRINK, and goes to John Sullivan's for space rental and staffing.  Online ticket pre-registration closes the day-of the screening at 12pm EST.  After that cash only tickets are available at the door.

*Note: $10 tickets are only available until 5 pm Friday, December 1st! Online tickets booked after that will be $15 until online ticket registration closes at 12 pm Monday, December 4th.


 

Cancellation Policy

There are no cash refunds, but a credit in the price of the ticket amount can be issued. This credit can be used for a later "The Best Of" screening, future 72 Hour Short Film Challenges registration fees, or AGR Intensives and Events. Credit will be issued for only the following reasons:

  • Paid Union Acting Work during the date/ time of the screening (contract copy required & not applicable to background work.)
  • Illness (doctor's note required)

We host The AGRtist Monthly Short Film Challenge Screening every month to present your films in front of the AGR community.  Doors open at 6:30PM. The first film will be shown at 7PM with an estimated end time of 10PM. Each reservation for The AGRtist Monthly Short Film Challenge Screening comes with a drink ticket! If you want to reserve a table for dinner for you + members of your team please email Shannon@theactorsgreenroom.com only AFTER you book a spot through BOOKEO for general admission. We cannot accept reservations for parties larger than EIGHT. For the guaranteed tables for dinner, you MUST be ordering dinner and everyone with a reservation must also have a ticket to the event. Table reservations are free. The spots for table reservations are on a first come first serve basis. If you reserve a table for you and your team, you (or a team member you reserved for) MUST arrive between 5:45PM and 6:30PM to hold down your reservation. After 6:30 we can no longer guarantee seating. Tables can be reserved up to 48 hours prior to the screening. We cannot accept reservations past the 48 hour period. Food can still be purchased at any table throughout the venue or the bar, so even if  you don't get a dinner table you can still order food. If you don't have a table reservation there will be standing room, bar seating and a few other open tables, but if you want to guarantee a table for dinner, reach out to Shannon! PLEASE NOTE: You MUST arrive prior to the start of the first film at 7PM in order to receive a ballot to vote. You also MUST stay until the end of the last film in order for your vote to be counted! 
PLEASE NOTE: There is no videotaping of ANY of the films during the event.

We host "The Best of the AGRtist Monthly Short Film Challenge" every quarter to present your films in front of prominent industry professionals. "Best Of" films are chosen based on the combination of audience votes at the monthly screening and the votes from a hand selected committee comprised of those who attend every monthly screening and are highly involved in the AGR community and the Monthly short film challenge. 


If General Admission seats and Standing Room Only seats to The Best Of sell out, you can sign up for a spot on our wait list!
