Latisha DiVenuto, AGR Accelerator Support
After a life threatening hospitalization in July, 2011 from an unforeseen development of Juvenile (Type I) Diabetes, Latisha decided that life was too short to not live for her true passions: The Arts and humanity.
In 2017, Latisha made her professional SAG/ AFTRA TV debut as a guest star on HBO's Girls as the fun spirited aspiring actor, Athena Dante in episode 607 - "The Bounce!" She also appeared on season 8 episode 7 of Blue Bloods - "Common Ground." Latisha has had the opportunity to train at The New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts, Upright Citizens Brigade and with Jeffrey Zeiner at The Jeffrey Zeiner Studio. Latisha also writes original music, creates musical parodies and performs in short films / sketches with friends. She hopes that the next few years will provide her more opportunities to perform professionally and is looking forward to building her career with her team!
Latisha's favorite entertainer and biggest career inspiration is Queen Latifah, however, she is inspired by the work of many other actors and entertainers. Latisha is excited to be on this incredible journey in the arts and entertainment world. She thanks God, her family & friends and her teachers for supporting her dream of becoming a full time professional entertainer. She enjoys dancing like nobody is watching, singing like nobody is listening, and marathons - of TV shows!
