Question: What is your cancellation policy?
Answer: Please review all of our policies here.
Question: What happens once I register online?
Answer: Please send an email to class@theactorsgreenroom.com with the name of the attendee, their headshot and their best email address. Once we receive this info, the attendee will receive a confirmation of registration within 24 hours along with pertinent information and instructions regarding the class or event you registered for from us via an email. If you register over the weekend, you will receive it by 12PM of the next business day if not sooner. If you don't receive this email within the allotted time and it is not in your spam folder, please let us know asap. Please make sure you mark "class@theactorsgreenroom" as OK in your address book to ensure email delivery.
Question: What is the "Newbie" discount rate that I see listed on some events?
Answer: You are eligible to receive the "Newbie" discount rate if the event will be the first 1 night event you have attended with us in at least 6 months. Note: The "Newbie" discount rate can only be used once every 6 months.
Question: I don't feel comfortable registering online. Is there another way?
Answer: Yes, there are 2 other ways. You may call us at 646.308.1229 and one of our staff members will process your registration over the phone. Upon payment you will be receive an email confirmation of registration along with pertinent time-sensitive information within 24 hours. If you don't receive this in the allotted time, please email us asap. You may also pay in cash. You MUST call or email us in advance to let us know that you will be dropping off cash. Your payment must be received before the commencement of the class or event you would like to attend. Your spot is only guaranteed once payment is received. You may stop by our office between the hours of 10AM-6PM Monday-Friday and speak to either Ruth or Caitlin. They will accept your payment and issue you a receipt. Upon receipt of payment you will be receive an email confirmation of registration along with pertinent time-sensitive information within 24 hours. If you don't receive this in the allotted time, please email us asap.
Question: What is the minimum age requirement to attend your classes or events?
Answer: Unless otherwise specified our classes and events are for ages 13 and up.
