Here are a few answers to some questions you may have. Please take a moment and read them over.
Question: What is your cancellation policy?
Answer: Please review our policies here.
Question: What happens once I register?
Answer: After you register, you will be re-directed to a "thank you for registering" page which contains pertinent time-sensitive information regarding the class or event which you registered for. If you are not re-directed to this page, please email us ASAP to let us know.
Question: What is the "Newbie" rate that I see listed on some events?
Answer: The "Newbie" rate is an introductory rate which can be used by used one time if you are either brand new to The Actor's Green Room and it would be your first event with us or it would be your first event back with us after at least a 6 month hiatus.
Question: I don't feel comfortable registering online. Is there another way?
Answer: Yes, there are 2 other ways. You may call us at 646.308.1229 and one of our staff members will process your registration over the phone. Upon payment you will be receive an email confirmation of registration along with pertinent time-sensitive information within 24 hours. If you don't receive this in the allotted time, please email us asap. You may also pay in cash. Your payment must be received before the commencement of the class or event you would like to attend. Your spot is only guaranteed once payment is received. Please call or email us first to let us know approximately when you will be stopping by. You may stop by our office between the hours of 10AM-6PM Monday-Friday and speak to either Ruth or Caitlin. They will accept your payment and issue you a receipt. Upon receipt of payment you will be receive an email confirmation of registration along with pertinent time-sensitive information within 24 hours. If you don't receive this in the allotted time, please email us asap.
Question: What is the minimum age requirement to attend your classes or events?
Answer: Unless otherwise specified our classes and events are for ages 13 and up.
