About this class:
Where did the idea for a mentor series come from?
Actors face new questions and problems to solve every day. Whether you're just starting out or consistently auditioning, coming back from a long hiatus or signing contracts on the set of your first big role, something is always bound to come up that has you asking: What should I do? What have others done? What's the next step from here? We've all been there, and for those of us who are in it for the long haul (as anyone who is intent on making this their career should be) and have been at it for a while, we can already look back and see that what we knew five years, two years, six months ago is nowhere near what we know now.
And that's where the AGR Mentor Series comes in, providing a space where actors can learn from those who have been where they are, ask questions beyond what can be answered at intensives, benefit from the collective feedback of their fellow community of AGR actors, and hold themselves accountable for taking the reins of their career and effectively pushing further and higher every day.
So who is this class for?
Every actor's success story is different. Are you ready to tell yours?

Meet Your Mentors
Debbie has been an intensive host at AGR for years. She has been present at all of the Q&As and has been in the room with every single CD who comes to AGR. She is there for all of the feedback, adjustments, headshot/resume critiques, and knows what actors do right and what they continue to get wrong. In addition, Deb is a working actor just like everyone else and understands the struggles and questions actors have. When Deb was starting out, she didn't have a mentor that she could ask questions of. She had to learn the hard way, until she found AGR. Now, she's happy to be there to help others. www.debbietroche.com
